Pricing & Payment
• All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers.
• We do not store or have access to your full payment or card details.

Shipping & Delivery
• We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
• Orders are processed within 72 hours (3 business days).
• Items are shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1PM (next-day delivery).
• Tracking details will be provided upon dispatch.
• We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Returns & Refunds
• Returns are only accepted if an item arrives damaged during delivery.
• Damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery by emailing dr-ajdin@retaroo.shop, including the order number and clear photos.
• If verified, we will offer a replacement or refund.
